Our fleet
Vehicles and handling equipment matched to the goods, maintained to schedule and checked before every departure.
Managed as one fleet.
A fleet, not a collection of vehicles.
Vehicles and handling equipment are managed as one fleet. Maintenance schedules, safety compliance and dispatch are planned together, so a breakdown is a maintenance failure the business owns, not an excuse passed to the client.
Each vehicle is matched to the job — a full load, a part load, a multi-drop distribution run or a container from the port — rather than the job being bent to fit whatever is free.
What the work calls for.
Select a category to filter. Each unit opens a set of photographs of that equipment in service.

A vehicle that turns up is the deliverable.
Preventive maintenance
Servicing is scheduled to interval rather than triggered by a breakdown.
The aim is a vehicle that turns up when it was booked, which is what a client is buying.
Safety compliance
Roadworthiness, insurance and licensing are kept current per vehicle.
A vehicle outside its compliance window does not carry goods.
Dispatch supervision
Every movement is assigned, checked and supervised against the agreed window.
Route and load are confirmed before departure, not after.
Driver standards
Drivers are taken on for experience and a clean record.
How they drive and how they hand over goods is supervised, not assumed.
What the programme actually involves.
Four routines, run on every vehicle. None of them is remarkable on its own — the point is that they happen whether or not anything has gone wrong.
Scheduled servicing
Servicing runs to interval and is recorded per vehicle, not deferred to a quieter week.
Pre-departure checks
Vehicles are checked before they leave — tyres, brakes, lights and load securing.
Defect reporting
Drivers report defects at the end of a run; a reported defect takes the vehicle out of service until it is cleared.
Clean, dry load space
Load space is kept clean and dry, so goods arrive in the condition they were loaded in.
The fleet is only as good as its drivers.
The people driving the vehicles and handing over the goods are the part of 4Jasmine Dr your customers actually meet. How they drive, how they handle the goods and how they deal with the person signing for a delivery is held to the same standard as everything else.
Recruitment on experience
Time behind the wheel and a clean record count when drivers are taken on.
Care with the goods
Goods are loaded, secured and handed over as if they were the driver’s own.
Conduct on the road
A vehicle carries the company name at every junction. Conduct is supervised, not assumed.
Accountability for the load
The driver who takes a load is answerable for it, from securing to signature.
How a load is secured.
Securing is matched to the goods on board, and it is checked before departure rather than assumed.
Palletised loads
Pallets are loaded to the vehicle’s floor plan and strapped against movement, then sheeted where the goods or the weather require it.
Cartons and mixed loads
Heavier cartons go underneath, drops are loaded in delivery order, and the load is secured so it does not shift as the vehicle empties.
Containers
Containers are secured to the trailer at their locking points, and the route is checked for height and weight limits before departure.
